Learning pace pair work
Pair work that respects different working speeds: anyone who finishes can find a partner who’s just as quick. No one has to wait or feels rushed.

How the method works
- 1
Everyone works on task A independently, at their own pace.
- 2
When you finish, stand up or sign up on the board and find the next partner who’s finished.
- 3
Pairs: compare results, clarify differences, then work together on task B.
- 4
Then, if needed, form a new duo for task C; pairs keep mixing.
Material

- Avoid downtime with meaningful extension tasks
Variants
